I am frequently asked what CalPro Research is all about. The simple answer is that we help leaders protect and grow their business by using surveys and change management. Our mission statement is:

CalPro Research is a professional services company that provides assessments, training, and facilitates transformation. We help organizations strengthen their position as loyalty leaders.

There's a verse I really like and it goes nicely with the theme of loyalty. It is Proverbs 21:21. It says, "He who pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity and honor." This verse reminds me of Southwest Airline's stock ticker symbol: LUV.
