The following list describes some of the projects that we have done and their impact:
- Designed, conducted and/or analyzed nearly 200 web-based surveys for customer feedback, employee opinions, leadership assessment or organizational development with over 50,000 survey respondents to date.
- Provided facilitation for strategic planning and process improvement. At one company they refer to the output of the planning session as their "crystal ball" for driving profit.
- Delivered a fiscal impact analysis enabling better decision-making by a board of directors.
- Merged two large data sets to build a monthly mailing list generating an undisclosed large revenue stream.
- Combined conflicting dataset into useful reports for strategic marketing analysis.
- Created Balanced Scorecard type reports to drive process improvement.
- Coached a company in metrics and data analysis. The project resulted in ongoing monthly savings in excess of $300,000.
- Provided coaching to an executive team on how to design and implement a Data Warehouse thereby resolving a serious communication gap between technical and non-technical staff.
- Reduced accounts receivable Days Sales Outstanding from 65 to 45 days for an estimated $1,000,000 annual savings, through the use of a custom built data mart and process changes.
- Increased demand forecast accuracy by 50%. This was accomplished through the use of a Factory Scorecard executive information system.
- Increased the number of orders shipped on-time by 30% through metrics and corrective action.
- Increased product quality as much as 40% through measurement of Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and driving corrective actions resulting in $30,000,000 savings the first year alone.
- Created a monthly forum and process that resolved conflict between decision makers for Information Systems staff priorities. Within three months, 15 projects were out of trouble and back in control.
- Improved the credibility of 125 reports from 15% to 90% trusted in three months when asked to solve a troubled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) global data warehouse project.
- Overhauled the decision-making process for a nonprofit Board of Directors. This allowed for several “stalled” proposals to flow through successfully.
